you can follow at home and become physically fit and healthy without any
exercise equipment.

nutrition
Balance diet and
nutrition means that, in your daily life
routine you have to take a specific amount of nutrients, like proteins,
carbohydrate, lipid, fibers, and minerals.
Like meat which contain a high content of protein, so you have
to take a specific amount of meat in your daily life routine, which is very
vital for body growth.
The second one is a carbohydrate which is present in rice,
bread etc so that you have to take a specific quantity of carbohydrate in your daily life routine which is also very
helpful in the development of body growth.
The third one is a lipid which is present in butter/ghee, oil
etc it is too important for our body
growth.
The fourth one is the fibers which are present in vegetables and
fruits. Fibers can fast our body metabolism and keep us healthy all the time.
The fifth one is minerals which are present in fruits and
vegetables, these minerals are present naturally in the soil through roots these
minerals come into fruits and vegetables and when we eat them we get these
minerals. These minerals and vitamins are playing a very important role in
making our health good.
So basically I just want to tell you that a food diet is very
essential for a healthy and strong body. The abundance of any of these nutrients can cause serious problems, like if we take lipid-containing things in large quantity then it leads to a different type of disease. For example obesity and heart disease.
The activities of exerting your muscles in a way to keep fit
are known as exercise.
To keep your body fit it is important to do exercise on daily
basis, because exercise can make your bones strong and elastic and make your
body flexible due to that there is no
chance of bone dislocation or any other injury while doing any hard workout.
There are many ways of doing exercise but I will tell you
five best ways to do exercise on the everyday morning, which definitely make your
fit and healthy.
- First of all, choose the plane
and soft area for exercise and then relax by inhaling and
exhaling air deeply this will completely
relax like watching a TV. After doing relaxing exercise straight your body then bend
your back and touch your foot toes with your hands, this exercise will make
your backbone fit, do this work-out six-time.
- Secondly, separate your
legs according to your body and then touch your right foot with your left hand
and left foot with your right hand. This exercise is helpful for making shoulder joints flexible, do this also six
times.
- Now twist your head
three times in rightward and three-time
left ward this work-out make your neck flexible.
- The fourth one is to twist your hand wrist inward six-time and
outward six-time. This exercise will make your wrist elastic.
- The fifth one is to sit down and stand up which we have to do
six-time. This workout can make our tendons and ligaments flexible and
strong.
